Privacy policy
In short
We only collect what you choose to send us through the audit form, and we only use it to reply to you. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no data sold on.
Data controller
Scale Now Media Ltd, company number 16562754, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect
Through the audit request form, we collect:
- the domain name of the site you want to monetise;
- your work email address;
- an approximate monthly traffic band;
- the free-text message you write;
- your IP address and the time of submission, for security purposes (anti-spam).
Nothing else is processed. This site sets no cookies.
Purpose and lawful basis
This data is used solely to handle your request and to contact you about the monetisation of your advertising inventory. The lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), given by submitting the form, together with the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. If a commercial relationship begins, data is kept for the duration of that relationship and then for the applicable statutory retention period.
Who sees it
Your data is accessible only to the people at Scale Now Media Ltd who handle enquiries. It is hosted by OVH SAS (France, European Union). It is not sold, rented or passed to third parties — including ad networks — without your explicit agreement.
External resources
The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be self-hosted on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise any of these, email contact@scalenowmedialtd.com — we reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible.
